Ongoing Clinical Trials
Our clinical research department is dedicated to advancing neurological care through innovation, collaboration, and patient participation. We offer a range of opportunities for involvement, including traditional clinical trials that evaluate new treatments as well as patient registries that allow individuals to contribute to research by sharing their health data. Together, these efforts help improve understanding, enhance care, and shape the future of neurology.

Multiple sclerosis
ENHANCE study
The ENHANCE study is a Phase 3b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter clinical trial evaluating BRIUMVI® (ublituximab-xiiy) for individuals with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS). The study aims to assess whether a simplified dosing schedule delivering the initial infusions as a single Day 1 infusion provides similar drug exposure while maintaining the safety and effectiveness of the currently approved regimen.
ALZ NET
ALZ-NET is a voluntary network for health care providers and their patients that collects
clinical and safety data on individuals being evaluated for memory concerns or receiving
newly FDA-approved treatments for Alzheimer's disease, including medications and
devices. The network tracks long-term health outcomes to better understand the real-
world safety and effectiveness of these therapies over time
